The ones you made look like the radius is changing inwards due to the strip being centered. shouldn't they stay flush along the outside of the tach? Like this.

2 things...
First that an e21 cluster so the numbers are distant from edge.
Second the pic I posted is for a cluster which will hey rings. When installed if the radius the strip would be not seen.
Yes i know that is an e21 cluster, it was my e21. what i was commenting on was the fact that the strip on the e21 runs flush around the outside of the tick marks, not trough the center. i like the way that looks better.
so my question is, is the edge of the radius around the outside of the strip or through the middle? I'm curious if it's just a matter of placement or is that the way you had them cut.

No worries, its a matter of placement, there is enough angle in the cuts and the radius where you can line up as you like.
