what condition is the transmission in and how much would you be willing to let it go for? I'm assuming its got the same amount of miles on it as the engine.

I need the whole convertible release latch assembly on the side behind the driver's seat. All mine has is the two metal cables sitting inside a rectangular hole in the sheetmetal.

Trans is in great condition. 233K on the trans. ALL seals and bushings replaced recently before the wreck (input, output, rod seal, detent sealed). Newer bearing sleeve (for shift arm..included). Newer rod joint. NEW bearing guide ($100 part from BMW)...like NEW shifting feel. No noise or grinds. Redline fluid.
$275 + shipping.
