    LOTS of part must go!

Hey folks. I'm cleaning out my garage and storage and I've got a lot of parts that need to go to fund another project. Most of the prices listed are pretty firm, but I'm reasonable...if you want to make a reasonable offer. To keep this thread from getting cluttered, PLEASE send offers via PM.

All items will be shipped at the buyer's expense. Prices do NOT include shipping.

I will accept Paypal & Cash only as forms of payment. These are my personal items. There is no sales tax.

*NOTE FOR SoCal Potential Buyers* I will be in Costa Mesa from 20-26 JAN. If you want to buy something from me, payment is up-front (so i can take it off the list) and we can meet up a reasonable distance from Costa Mesa. If you want the item sooner, I can ship it.

All items are located in Milpitas, CA (near San Jose).

    The List:
    • Sirius Sportster Satellite Radio: $100
    • 2 sets of snow cables NEW never installed: $50 each
    • Getrag 260 input shaft cover plate NEW: $50
    • Momo Commando Red Steering wheel (350mm, good shape): $100
    • Folding bike rack (excellent shape, used on my e30 probably 5 times): $50
    • Four 15x7 e30 M3 basketweaves with decent tread Goodyear Eagle 2 tires (205/55R15): $300 for set (prefer local delivery for these)
    • Complete '95 M3 front subframe complete with no-leak steering rack, struts, control arms, CABs w/ lolipops and H&R Sport lowering springs. Good lot for someone planning to do an e36 M3 5-lug swap: $450
    • NEW M-Coupe/Roadster Steering rack (3.0 turns lock to lock): $275
    • Metric Mechanic Head NEW
      Cam:
      Intake: 286 deg 11.75mm lift
      Exhaust: 276 deg 10.44mm lift

Originally bought this from Walter @ Valley MotorWerks about 2 years ago and it's been sitting on my shelf ever since. Paid about 2k for it. Willing to let it go for $1500 to include a replacement piece for the little tab that broke off (see pic below)
    • s50 Crankshaft (has been magnafluxed for integrity): $350
    • Wiseco Piston set for m20 Turbo Application 8.3:1 Comp ratio (85mm bore, includes rings and wrist-pins, checked by machinist, spec sheet included): $600
    • NEW Sachs Fan Clutch for m20 motors: $50
    • Complete, new BC Auto Design M Tech 2 replica kit (the good one from Canada), still in original packaging. Includes Front, sides & rear. Does NOT include wing. $850
    • Original AC Schnitzer MTech2-style wing, near mint condition (only ever seen 1 of these on an e30, fits over stock 'is' trunk lip): $300

It's an OEM, remanufactured ZF steering rack. Same brand as BMW uses.

Also, The complete '95 M3 front subframe has been sold!

              Metric Mechanic Head NEW
              Cam:
              Intake: 286 deg 11.75mm lift
              Exhaust: 276 deg 10.44mm lift
Also, the head is well ported and also has what MM calls ST (Surface Technology). The grooves cut into the top of the combustion chamber and into the valves (see pictures above) are intended to create turbulence in the airflow as it enters the chamber past the valves. The goal is to create a better mix of air and fuel for a better burn, less deposits on the chamber walls, and more power.

The effectiveness of this concept is NOT something I want to get into a debate about on this thread. However, I will say that some motor machinists swear by it. Personally I have no experience with the concept, and I have not used MM products before.

Regardless, it has a fairly aggressive but streetable cam, and MM claims a flow improvement of at LEAST 16% over stock. Having compared the stock and MM ports side-by-side, it's a pretty good porting job. Anyone who's had headwork done can attest to it not being cheap. So, 1500 for a fully assembled new head, is a pretty good deal. MM is listing (currently) this head for $2295 + $500 core on their website.
