    Yes, but not exactly. If you did it yourself you need to take off the 8 bolts or so that hold the rear cover on and put that cover on the back of the 3.73. estimated time: lesss than five minutes. After that slide the e30 flanges out of yours and directly into the 3.73. Estimated time: 30 seconds

    So yeah it's bolt on plus 5 1/2 minutes.

    Shipping looks like a dollar a lb. Its around 60-70 lbs. so.....
