I am also trying to find some rounded aluminum to fit inside the headlight holes to direct air towards the intake. Would it possible for you to do something like that? Awesome work and hope to have this on my car!

I wanted to ask do you have this setup sold in a complete bolt on kit for a M42???
Please share any pictures of this on an M42 if you have one.
I'm really interested since my air box is cracked and my air filter is dirt.

Could anyone who has one of these CAI please measure the airfilter housing and let me know the size? I want to mount them vertically, one behind each pair of headlights, with a 90 then across to the dual inlets on an S62. But I'm not sure there's enough space between the bottom of the hood and the 'floor' of the engine bay (between the fender and headlights). Thanks for any help.
