Responded via pm. Yes, these will work for the e30 and e36 steering rack. Actually the rack in the picture is an e36 rack.

How much fluid or grease is recommended to seal this kit onto the rack?

You can use a small funnel and fill up the rack, or you can just bolt it on and drive.
