    Hey silience.
I think I pm'd you on e30tech, but it looks like you reply to this faster.

Do you know if your delete will work on a e46 rack? I may run one in my e30.

They work on e36 racks right?

Yes they work on E36 racks, but I've never tried one on an E 46 rack...

i need one of these for my m3 rack thats getting on. you'll be hearing from me on Friday. Are there any advantages of getting the aluminum over the UHMW?

              It looks nicer :)
The main benefit is that it won't compress from OVER torqing... which some people tend to do on the UHMW versions.

Do you have a certain amount of Ft-lbs you like?

I'm ready to order one or the other, but I am on a budget and $35 is cheaper than $50 and if it serves the same purpose why not get it?

EDIT: Payment sent for UHMW delete

Payment recieved. I can get you torq specs, but I'd estimate around 20 ft lbs.

question: what would be a good way to add fluid if i am doing a rack rebuild? i have done the rebuild and want to make sure i don't put too little fluid once i get the delete banjo on there? does that make sense? i guess i asked it kinda weird.

You can use a small funnel and add a bit of fluid. Not much, just enough to lubricate the rack.
