I highly doubt they are bolt in. Regardless, I'd be willing to pay whatever for sliders to mount these.

You'll need brackets to mount the sliders to them to be able to install in your car. Andrew and I can make adapters for these seats that will bolt to stock E30 sliders and mount directly into the E30. We've already made them for VW Recaros, and Erick's Recaro Speeds.

I just emailed him, to check if they are indeed genuine and if he ships. anyone get any more info on these seats? Are the comfortable? I am right around 6 foot tall and about 189 pounds.
