I learned that after 30 years, sometimes the batteries in the service interval unit fail and then other gauges will begin to act up.

I went to the USPS and learned I cannot mail lithium batteries.
I will need use UPS or FedEx - so that shipping will need to be added to the price.

GLWS, but USPS ships lithium batteries, just have to have it marked as such, and can't go by air, and must be in original packaging....

I went through this a while back when returning a faulty portable USB charger to Amazon.

I will try it again. They told me that the batteries must be installed in the device.
I will try a different post office.
