I sent you a paypal payment of $75.00 to an email address that you gave me . Then you indicated it was the WRONG paypal address to send to. You refunded THAT payment of $75.00 and asked for another payment to be sent to another email address that was Paypal UNVERIFIED. After being refunded the original $75.00 I sent another payment of $75.00 to cover the cost of the Rear Tail light Lens.

Its simple math. -75 from my paypal + 75 to my paypal - 75 from my paypal. This leaves a net of - 75 from my Paypal. I dont know what kind of shenanigans you are trying here , but the transaction history is evident.

I would not be concerned unless there was some fuckery afoot.
Changing of Paypal address to send to.
No tracking number after repeatedly asking for one! To date I still have not recieved any tracking information.
Contact falling off after a few days.
Texting me directly and indicating that I am bothering YOU and to leave you alone all the while you continue to text me.

At this point I think its worth a loss of $75.00 to let others know how you conduct business.
It will save them from the same treatment and I now see it as a public service .
Of course you dont care about how many posts I have as the operative phrase in that sentence is "I dont care"
    Perhaps you should start caring?

Seller indicated that the rear tail light lens would be delivered Monday (day before yesterday) via text message. Well its Wens and the USPS mailman has delivered for the day and still no tail light lens.
No surprise here. No tracking number either .
How about actually refunding me the funds I sent you as I will now accept a full refund.

bmw1991e30 you have 48 hours from the time stamp on this post to get things straight with e30vert. If this has not been resolved to his satisfaction within 48 hours, there will be consequences.

            Do the right thing.

I'd advise everyone else in this thread asking about parts to wait and see how this plays out.

This is a somewhat true statement. I have recently received a reversal of funds totaling $75.00 . It cleared on the 31'st of March 2020. I asked for this to be made right about a week and a day before this. Was it Paypal dragging thier feet? I guess its plausible. Typically Paypal is expedient with these matters.

Its a shame that I have had to enlist the help of the moderators of this forum to help resolve what should have been a very straightforward transaction. They have better things to do then settle disputes of this nature.
Thank you for ultimately making this right and just. Perhaps you should rethink your business strategy!

Here is the screen grab from my paypal account showing the reversal.

Turns out Paypal did the reversal of funds as this Paypal user DID NOT respond to thier inquiry about returning the funds. Essentially Paypal found in my favor and reversed the charge of $75.00 . So when this user indicates I have been refunded and implies that HE refunded me on purpose by taking action. This is a complete fabrication!

Paypal acted on my behalf after I filed a case against this user.

Here is the email that Paypal sent me directly which substantiates this. Some redaction of information to protect identies.

We own and are enthusiasts of what the kids today think is the "cool" car to own and work on. This brings the younger generation to the site and with that thier intention to defraud the weak, uneducated, and feeble.
Kids today in some cases (not all - no blanket statement here) do not think what they are doing as immoral , unethical , or dishonest. Their values are skewed as a result of many factors which I will not list due to brevity and if they are able to obtain funds through shady dealings and scamming of others then they feel its a win for them. Consequences be damned.

agent and 2mAn handled this very professionally and gave have worked to make this portion of the forum safer for transactions to be conducted in an honest manner. This is an ongoing struggle and as many mention ALWAYS use Paypal "Goods and Services" and NEVER send money using Friends and Family. If one sends funds using Friends and Family then there is no recourse to recoup those funds if a deal goes south.

No matter how many times a person says "I dont want Paypal to take out some of the funds so please send Friends and Family. Dont do it ! If there is a small fee associated with Sending as Goods and Services always opt for that method and allow Paypal to suck some extra funds from you.

It offers Buyer Protection and without that protection in this case I would have been out $75.00 total.
