the output flange WILL NOT match up to the e30 driveshaft. the bolt holes on the 250 output flange are 12mm and the e30 driveshaft flange holes are 10mm. you will have 2mm of slop in the connection which will make short work of the guibo. you need an e36 325 driveshaft and guibo and the e30 325 centerbearing.

DUH. The bolt pattern is the same. You need to drill out the holes in the drive shaft flange to 12mm or you can use 3 little sleaves around the 10mm bolts. BFD. Who would even consider running the smaller 10mm bolts when they are loose in the Guibo? This is really a no brainer and there are quite a few guys running this trans behind their twin cam engines.

well I made the mistake after reading incorrect information here on this website. it isn't easy to see a 2mm difference between bolt holes when you're on your back in your garage trying to get a driveshaft to match up to a transmission.
your original post to the guy says its a direct bolt up and its not. hogging out holes on a driveshaft flange is a crude solution, and not everyone has a pile of sleeves laying around to take up 2 mm of slop.
don't represent your product as a direct bolt up swap when it isn't.

I knew about the different in the bolt hole size and just overlooked it. Sorry. Again, there are probably at least a hundred people that have this trans behind the twin cam engines in there E30 cars. They all figured it out. I think drilling out 3 holes is pretty simple compared to most of the other work involved to do the twin cam swap, don't you?
