I ordered a set of front struts, paid immediately with Paypal. Never got them, no phone calls or emails returned. Paypal claim settled in my favor with a total loss of the funds. Nice guy.

I ordered an ix transmission core and some other various parts. I got the other various parts, but never the transmission. Last correspondence from Joe was June 30th. At that point he said he'd get it out - but a month later and I got nothing. Initially he seemed to be very responsive but now there's nothing.

I need to update my last post: On the 28th I got a call from Joe. He apologized for the delay and lack of communication. I did not question him very much as I had already mentally written off the money and the parts. I also did not want to say anything that I would later regret. In any case he said that the parts were being shipped. I received them today as promised.

While I think that there is no excuse for the way this transaction was handled, I do think that the phone call I got was a hard one to make. Joe had to suspect at the very least he was in for a tongue lashing. He admitted his error, and fulfilled our deal.
