    WTB: Ix brake booster ASAP

Hi, i need an ix brake booster for my m50 swap, the sooner and cheaper the better. Please have pics, i don't like the "it looks just like any other booster".

Paypal ready for the right one.

    Thanks.

    PS: shipping to 37416

Only thing that's sketchy about with the 735i booster is that it's held on by 2 bolts lol. Is this the same with the ix booster?

I bought a 735i booster and the two to four adapter that is behind the canister was slightly different.

Man i'm sorry, but what do you mean by the two to four adapter? Are you talking about the little mounting bracket behind it? If so, lotsof people remove that and use 2 bolts to help push the booster back.

Earlier you said it was sketchy, now you're defending it. Two bolts was enough for the 7 series, it ought to be enough for your car. Since you slot the holes, a couple fender washers and locknuts wouldn't hurt.

I'm not defendig it, i was just telling him what people do to make it work, maybe he could do the same?

I didn't know, they used 2 bolts on the 7 series, i thought it was 4 hhmm.

The vacuum canister has 2 bolts. The fire wall has 4 bolts. I am talking about the "adapter" between the two. The E32 735i has the same type of "adapter" as the e30 325iX, but it has slightly different dimensions.

The one above is a 740i booster, the 735i booster is mounted with 4 bolts to the firewall as it comes with a bracket. The mounting points on the 325ix and 735i boosters are the same.

                            Check realoem, same part number.
