WTB: 5mm spacers and Hubcentric Ring

Hey,

Anyone have x2 5mm spacers and x4 72.56 to 57.1 hubcentric rings?

Any maybe x8 lug nuts for the spacers... Im not sure if i can use stock lugs with 5mm spacers.
