What one do you want? There are several ratio's to choose from...

Just anything that makes both of my rear tires move at the same time, can anyone break it down for me on whats the best or what the ratios are?

If it's a 325i a 3.73lsd will be the easiest to find and probably the best all around ratio. Good accelleration and not too buzzy on the highway. If it's a 325 or 325e I don't know for sure what they came with, 2.93 I think but I'm not certain. If you have the "super eta" motor that redlines a little lower a 2.93, 3.25 or 3.46 might be better than the 3.73
