    wtb: chip for my 89 325i

    I'm not too sure which computer it has, I'll check in to it. Let me know the brand and your asking price...thanks!
    1989 325i, black on tan. 6000k hids, eibach springs, hartage body kit, and a blown out muffler...

    You really need to find out what Bosch ECU # you have before anyone can tell you if they have one that will work for you. Otherwise it's just a big exercise in futility........

      I know its the last three numbers of the ecu, if I remeber right the ecu is above the glove box, and its kinda a bitch to pull out...is there anywhere else on the car that the ecu will be listed?

        Not necessary to pull out the unit. Pull the cover down shine flashlight in get #s

              check out the MarkD groupbuy thread in the Group Buy section. I think it's still going on. It's like 170 bucks for a M20 chip.
