    The only cars I find that can viably rock cut springs is old muscle cars and trucks. Compare the coil on a Camero to an E30. It's HUGE, the E30 coil is so small.

      Well the two I happened to have did neither of those things.

      I wouldn't do it again because I'll track this E30 but if you're just going for looks you can't really go wrong, rides like stock, doesn't bounce, and it's free.

        May need to get coilovers to get the ride height I want.

        How did you manage to cut the rears and properly seat them since they taper?
