Just go to auto zone and buy some fuel injector rated hose 125psi and make your own.

For the metal fuel rails as well?... and do you happen to know a mm diameter?

8mm fuel line will do. pmd about pump

9 and 13 are best bought new. They are prebent. Normal fuel hose kinks when you make those bends. I know because I tried it. See:

They're worth buying new. I redid it with new oetiker clamps too. Should be good for another 50k miles.
