I am looking for a starter pinion gear from a late-model 325 (must be an "i" motor). I don't need the whole starter, just this part. If you pop it apart, the pinion gear is on a shaft with some planetary gears. That whole little assembly si what I need. If you have it, let me know!
The assembly consists of parts 7, 9 & 18, and #18 is not something that I can replace, so it all has to be in decent shape. I can get an entire starter locally (San Jose, CA) for $50, so I'm looking to spend under $50 for the part.
