Solid foam but the upholstery doesn't matter to me. I am recovering it anyway.

Prefer local Socal (Inland Empire or SD would be best).

Excuse the dust, but the foam is solid.



When they 'fixed' it with a leather cap, they glued the leather to foam in the center. You'll need to carefully pull the replacement leather away from the foam. If you use a razor, you shouldn't lose too much foam.

That's an M Tech II black rear vert seat you got there Robrez. The stitching is slightly different than regular rear vert seats. I believe the same applies to the bottom section. I only know because the seats look different in my M Tech II and my 318ic.

Interesting. I haven't compared them side by side, but here's a non-mtech top portion that I just picked up and my m-tech bottom portion. You can see the slight difference in stitching patterns. Plus, the non-mtech top portion seems to have sturdier leather and stitching.
