Early VDO Odometer/speedometer *prefer non-working

Looking to buy an early odometer/speedometer for parts. VDO and possibly Motometer.

Comes out of a WHITE backed cluster. Must say k=7849 printed on the bottom of the speedometer face.

I had problems with my speedo and there are 2 things that fix 90% of issues: get a gear replacement kit ($14) and replace those. You can also try resoldering the connections on the back of the speedo. Literally just resoldered mine not even 2 days ago.

You may have another issue or already have tried this, but figured I'd just let you know :)

Please do. Speedo comes from a 318 four cylinder and white back cluster. Older e30, pre-1986 i think.
