Need an Air Intake Box...currently have a 'cold air' intake that came with car and I'm pretty sure this will prevent passing smog in CA. Thanks in advance.

prior to purchasing an air-box - can anyone tell me (by looking at pictures below) if an air box is all i need? it looks as if i can simply remove filter w/heat-shield and add air-box with filter and be good to go...is this correct or do i need any other parts?? thanks again guys!

that should be all you need! Here is a pic of my box with the afm still attached to it. It just bolts right up. $30 shipped for the air box.
