WTB: 325i or 325is in Mid Atlantic or Southeast)

I want to build a Spec E30 track car. I'm looking for a 325i or 325is for conversion. Manual transmission only. Perferrably no major collision damage and with a motor that won't need an immediate rebuild. I want to spend less than $2000.

    Any leads would be appreciated.

Thanks for the leads. That track rat in Irmo looks like a good deal.
