The rear "apron" of a late model is the body of the car. Instaling it on an early car, that is instaling it right, is a great undertaking.
If you just plan to do a gaf job, then just welding sheet metal to your existing body is cheaper, but still a lot of work. The easiest way out is some sort of rear valance made for euro or plastic bumpers. Which will also require work, but plastic is easier to work with.
