WTB headliner and upper driver's sport seat frame

Looking for a black headliner for a 2 door coupe with sunroof. I would also be willing to buy a white one and paint it myself.

I'm also looking for a driver's side upper sport seat frame.

I have some of euro parts (lights, is side skirts, rear plate fillers) that can be traded or cash.

Must be willing to ship with USPS.

I actually have a black one that I bought from a forum member a while back and have never even unboxed it. They removed it quite well, it is some type of cloth. No need for it anymore. :(
