No, it doesnt have a delete strip.

Mine doesn't either. I do have some E34 plate deletes tho? You might be able to cut it down to fit an E30, they are made from the factory to mount with adhesive?

And FWIW I marked down the Early E30 front plate mount for the OP, if he wants it. Its easier to post pics here for me.
Feel free to take a look at them on my fleabay store and Search it for 'plate delete' or 'license plate' or E30...whatever suits...

PS. I also have some awesome E30 brochures listed if you like reading material!
