M10 cylinder head

The head that came on my 318 when I purchased it had all 4 spark plug threads stripped. So po just wrapped some plugs with Teflon tape and stuck them in. I have been driving it for almost 4 month and its seriously crippled. So I'm really trying to find another head to cut back on downtime when I go to swap it.

Ooh yea and fellas the m10 head from e21 won't work. There is a way, actually, but I'd have to match up pistons with valves. Matching pistons and valves?!?! Ain't nobody got time for that!!! ;)
