Need to buy the cap that threads into the 51mm strut housing and hold the insert in place mine are rusted and siezed should be part number 31321130069

The cap is proprietary to the insert makers, what kind do you have?

The cable is pretty cheap new, and usually break off in the trailing arm if they have been in there for 20+ years.

Bought brand new Koni sport inserts. But didn't get a threaded cap. I was gonna get a new cable when I order rotors just wante to see if I could score one for super cheap/ free since they are only 25 bucks. Instructions I got with my koni's says to use the old cap

No way. Inserts come with insert nuts.

Idk that's what it says. I got the nut and cap for the top not the part that screws into the tube it's self.
