*-WTB: Strut housings-*

About a week ago, the spring perch on the drivers side strut gave out so now i'm stuck looking for a pair of front struts. I know that late and early strut housings are different sizes, but i'm not sure if the whole assemblies themselves are the same size i.e. if later model housings will fit my early 85 325 eta. Let me know what you have, even if it's the whole assembly.

You can measure the tubes. They are likely 51 MM. AFAIK the only car with the 45 MM tube was the 84-85 318i
