WTB: Fuel Tank Connector Pipe

I need the 'S' shaped connector pipe which connects the driver's side to the Passenger side of the gas tank on the bottom (below the driveshaft). This is for an application of a late model 55 liter tank with the single fuel pump.

You can buy them brand new let me find the receipt when I get home, it wasn't too much money

With that much rust, and being in salt hungry Ny, would it be better to replace it with a $200 new late model tank that doesn't have that bottom hose? Or do you need to add stuff like the expansion tank above the rear wheel?
