So my car was acting up, so I dropped it off at my friend's shop, and he told me 2 of the piston rings on my M42 are basically gone. Quoted me at about 2 grand, so I figure for that kind of money, I should buy a whole new engine.
So i'm looking for either a complete m42 motor in great condition, or a complete m20 motor (and tranny obviously).
Something local would be ideal.
