WTB: S5X chain tensioner

Looking for an S50 or S52 upgraded chain tensioner to install on my S38. It would have to be the kind that has a key/groove on the piston to accommodate the tensioner rail. In other words, the flat piston head WON"T work. Let me know what ya got. I'm in San Francisco or Los Angeles for pick up.
