WTB - Knee bolster, shift boot ring and rear center console

As the subject says, I'm looking for:

1. Driver side knee bolster to fit a late model none airbag model. The previous owner thought it might be a good idea to cut a hole in it...
2. The plastic 4 clip ring base to hold the shift boot in place. Mine's missing a clip and doesn't sit flush anymore
3. Rear center console trim piece, the trimming around the handbrake.

Condition preferences:

1. Knee bolster, doesn't have to be perfect, a few minor scratches is ok, but the cleaner the better.
   
2. Shift boot ring, as long as it has all 4 clips and isn't broken
   
3. Center console, as long as its in one piece... ( to be used for cup holder project, will reupholster any way )

Seeing these are all fairly common items, if I can get all in one shot that'd be perfect...
