Parts for Auto to Manual swap.

I am hopefully doing the swap in the next month or two. I should have a transmission lined up but I need everything else for the swap. If you have parts that are just taking up space you want to get rid of great. If you want a little compensation for them thats fine to. I will hopefully be getting some quotes on new parts this week but I'm open to any used parts at the moment. I'm just trying to get it done for as little as possible. The individual parts don't cost that much, but they sure do add up quick when you go new. So here is a list of what I'm looking for.

    Manual transmission drive shaft
    Flex disc (Guibo)
Center suppport bearing for drive shaft
    Flywheel
    Pilot bearing
Clutch assembly (disc, preasure plate, throw out bearing, pivot pin)
    release arm
    master cylinder
    slave cylinder
    clutch hydraulics
shifter assembly (if anyone has a z3 shifter, thats what i'm particularly interested in although I would use the stock shifter to start off if thats all i can find.)
pedal box (from an airbag car)
    shift knob
    shift boot,
    tranny mounts

I have prices for almost everything via bav auto (with the exception of the drive shaft and pedal box I believe). I will hopefully have prices from my dealer source this week. I should be able to get them thru my source for less then the bav auto. If you have anything you want gone I'll take it, otherwise let me know what you have and i'll make an offer based on my current prices. New, used, doesn't matter to me at this point as long as it is all in good functional condition.

I gave my dealer guy my parts list so I will get back to all of you on offers unless you have an asking price?

I have everything for the swap, but i'm not letting it go cheap, $900 shipped for your request depending on the cost of shipping, i'm basically looking to get $700 out of everything in my pocket. I don't have the airbag pedals (it matters?), shift boot is torn, shift bushings are floppy.

Let me know, i have a transmission as well. Flywheel is a dual mass eta, clutch is questionably aftermarket, pedal is very stiff compared to the stg. 1 in my "is".

$900 shipped including tranny is an OK deal, without the tranny is WAY high unless all the parts are new.

SpecRaceM5- what car are you doing this swap on?? 325e/325i/318i(m10)/318i(m42) ???? They have different parts for each different car.

That's without the tranny, shipping i'm expecting to be around $200 since the driveshaft is pretty large and heavy, same with all the parts that'd be with it. Like i said, basically looking to have $700 in my pocket for everything, which i feel is a reasonable deal, 5spd swaps usually cost $1,000 and transmissions run around $300.

I understand you're trying to net $700 from this stuff, but like I said, that's way high- at least from what I've seen. Euro Depot sells a complete 5 speed conversion kit INCLUDING tranny AND a bunch of NEW parts (clutch, etc) for $1200.

And there's no way shipping will be $200 without the tranny. Hell, you could ship everything coast to coast INCLUDING the tranny for less than $200.

If you can get that much for it, more power to you- but I'm telling you what I've seen for similar parts.

I overestimate on shipping so i don't get shafted, if it's less, i'll gladly send the money back that i didn't use. I've underestimated on shipping and felt awkward and disrespectful saying "Hey, can you give me some more money, i underestimated".
