I believe the 2 piece is for an air bag car but your sig says you have an 89 which is doesn't have an air bag.

Kindly clarify...airbag or no ?

To be honest, I have no idea. Probably not.... I'm sure it doesn't. So in that case I guess I don't need that 2nd piece. I thought all came this way. Thanks for that info. :)

Lol...in that case I have one. Yes, there's a tiny crack under the steering column where you will never see it and there is a damaged corner up by where the clutch pedal goes (if you have a clutch) and that too will be invisible.
