I noticed i have a crack in my differential.
I noticed there was there’s fluid dripping and pooling, got under the car and noticed how greasy the diff was. After closer examination i realized there is a crack going from the end of the cover where it mates to the diff almost all the way up the bolt. This is on the bolt nearest to the big diff bushing. I expect it cracked when the axle came loose from the output shaft and hit the bushing due to improperly tightened axle bolts. Ugh.
In any event, i need a compatible diff cover to replace mine with so i don’t have to to top it off every other day. Please pm me with your price with shipping. Please only decent condition ready to install with or without bushing.
