WTT: my '95 M3 rack for your Z3 rack

I'm looking for a Z3 rack to trade for my '95 M3 rack. It's a great rack 3.0 turns Lock to lock. I just feel like i want something tighter, that's all.

I'm talking about a straight up trade. I pay for my shipping to you and you pay for your shipping to me.

My rack comes in EXCELLENT condition with M3 tie rods installed. I'm looking for a rack preferably with tie rods. Anybody have one willing to trade, i'm in. I ran my rack with power steering, Filled it with ATF and have driven it since April timeframe.

If rumor holds true, its the same rack. the Z3 one just has a couple stops built in. I like my 95 m3 rack :)

Yeah, same overall ratio, you just won't be able to turn the wheels as far.

Even if it was the same overall lock to lock distance, but it was only 2.7 turns, that would make it a total of .3 turns less total, which is .15 turns in each direction. You wouldn't even notice that!

Hmm, true statement. Turns out to be around 54 degrees, which is now subject to skepticism after your posts.... Hmm. may be worthless. thanks guys

True. The 95 m3 rack is the most desirable. The z3 rack and the 95 m3 rack turn at the exactly same rate, the z3 rack just doesn't turn as far, meaning a bigger (worse) turning radius.
