    WTB: M47 diesel crankshaft

Looking for an M47 diesel crankshaft, from either:

    E46 320d, 1997-2001 (Not the M47N)

    E39 520d, 1999-2003

    E46 318d, 2001-2003/04 (Not the M47N)

    or

    Land Rover 75 CDT, 1999-2004

    Thanks.

Does that stroke the m42 to 1.9 or 2.0?

stock m42 is 84x81, same as an m20b27. That doesn't help you any, does it Matt?

If you're really serious, you can get them new from BMW with bearings for $1050. It'll have to come from Germany, but you _should_ be able to get one.

                11 21 2 247 514 is the part number.

I've had the part number, but was hoping to find a used one (e.g. in the UK or Canada), otherwise I'll go ahead with the Metric Mechanic unit that is machined appropriately.

The new BMW crank comes with $350 worth of new BMW bearings also...

Do their cranks come with new bearings matched as well as BMWs? (it matters, generic bearings suck)
