Headlight Adjustment screws

I need the screws to adjust the headlights.

They are US spec ellipsoids. Came off of an 88IX.

How many are you looking for - I have some but don't remember exactly how many. I'd have to go out to the shed and its cold & dark right now (boo-hoo).
