WTB: 173 ecu

I've been chasing an idle surge (and it's not the ICV, icu, or vac leak) for about a year now and it seems to have been alleviated when I swapped in a friend's ecu (despite not carrying over the chip from my Maf) . Soooo now I'm in the market for a replacement 173 ecu.
