    WTB spring compressors

I need some spring compressors for cheap, mostly because I´m going to use them only once, after I replace my springs (that I already have) I won´t need them anymore. If someone has a set of them they don´t need it would be nice. Keep in mind Harbor Freight sells the set (brand new) for $30 or so, so obviously I won´t pay that for shipping + handling for used ones. Say what you will about cheapo Harbor freight tools from china, but these are not for a pro suspension shop but for one-time use. If no one chimes in in a few days, I´ll just buy them. After I´m done with them, I´ll post them up for sale for, let´s say, half of what I pay, plus shipping, which shouldn´t be more than $10.

does it qualify as a hand tool? HF has a lifetime warranty on hand tools

I do not recommend using an impact gun with spring compressors. I broke one of mine doing that just the other day. The spring pulled on it at a weird angle causing the nut to bind a bit and the impact just cross-threaded the shit out of it. So much so I tried spinning it off with a breaker bar and instead just twisted the threaded rod. Hence why I was looking at HF for new ones. :curse:

^^ I'm sure that's why mine are bent.
