Question and some info
1) I didnt think you had to register any fire arm in PA long gun or Pistol????
2) I do know in PA all pistol transfers must go through a FFL and the buyer must fill out all the proper paper work. Some Dealers will do this for private transfer some wont. If you cant find one that will hit up your local sheriff office and they will do it. In both instances a small fee will be charged I would bet.
3) you can take a paypal for the gun, but you must ship by over night UPS or Fedex to the buyers FFL. Do not send it USPS and you also must disclose to UPS/Fedex that its a firearm, and you cant drop it off at a Shipping store it must be at a UPS/Fedex company staffed location. You dont have to ship FFL to FFL just the buyer must take delivery of a shipped gun from the FFL. Like some one said its best to have a faxed copy from the buyers FFL that they are going to receive the shipment and have agreed to do so.
