    WTB: 16x8 or x9 4x100 cheap

I know this is tough to find but I am looking for a set of easily replaceable light 16x8 4x100 wheels to use on a race car. I don't want to spend more than $500 for a set of 4 and once again nothing rare. I know the sportmax wheels are out there but heard they are not strong and are heavy. Let me know what you got or know of.

    Thanks,

    Kevin

    Have you considered 15x8s?

Na I really need 16x8 or 9's as the wheel wells are already fitted to this size.

I guess the sportmaxx are only 16lbs and may work pretty well after a little more research.

It actually looks like they raised the price to $600, not sure if that includes shipping either. I think I ordered two sets and that's why they gave me free shipping. So this may be a bit out of the OP's target price range.

                Why not?

Rota Slipstreams are just not at all pleasing to my pallet. They do not list a weight for any of the wheels either?

If you decide on sportmaxxes, then go with Eurostop wheels. Similar wheels, but at least designed for e30 fitment, and not some xBox... I mean... Scion.

Very heavy but a very good option. Thanks for the site.
