BBS Euroweave reps by Maxilite - 15x7 AND 16x7 et24

Wanted to share that Maxilite is making some really nice Euroweave replicas in both 15x7 et24 (factory size) and 16x7 et24 (closer to E30 M3 Evo specs). Put 15" set on my E30 and couldn't be happier. The 16s are sold out but should have some more in June.

If you're interested in a set, I'm a dealer for Maxilite and you can shoot me a message or purchase directly on my site. Brand new, with center caps, at just $1k shipped. Considering bent and curbed Euroweaves are usually over $1k, this is a no-brainer IMO. Plus, you can always buy a new single if one gets bent, you want a matching spare, etc...

    Thanks for posting.
When funds allow I am looking into these.

What might help the others here is some details & pics that the Maxlite website doesn't have.
e.g. weight comparisons, close-up pics of the back of the waffle and info on the subtle differences (if any) with the spokes.

      Great questions!

      Weight:
The 15x7" weighs about 16.5lbs (OEM is comparable) and for 16x7 you're looking at about 19lbs.

      Differences:
Visually, the spokes and caps are identical to OEM. I affixed my caps with the factory BBS wrench. They also fit the original BMW emblems. Maxilite doesn't allow me to sell the caps separately, because apparently they don't fit right on OEM weaves. So, there's some difference in the clips, it seems. The waffles are plastic. Can't remember if the originals are aluminum?

Here's some pics I had on my phone:

Impressive looking reps. TÜV certified as well so you know they have to be decent quality.

Yes! Have a few 15" in stock and ready to ship. The 16s are sold out but have another batch on the way - should be here in June.

Love to hear it! I compared a set (in 15x7) with some originals from 1979 the other day and they're VERY close. Only giveaway is the lack of logo, otherwise spot on. Considering the price of originals now... not a bad alternative if you actually drive the car.

No plans at the moment. They're already in stock and ready to ship if you're interested.

Around $1100 shipped within the US, though I just got word the 16" shipment won't land here until September... They sold like hot cakes and had to manufacture more.
