by chance, do you know how to drop the steering column. i'm trying to take out the cluster for a bulb replacement? i have unbolt all the bolt that i can reach and still it won't budge.

You don't need to drop the steering column to remove the cluster, just the steering wheel, heck, I didn't remove the wheel and was able to take out the cluster nicely.

i just got that thing out. i just have to remove the two plastic around the steering column and it slide out nice..

i went to pick n pull, pay $3 to get in and there wasn't even one lug bolt. i also call wheel/tire shop and the cheapest place is a set for $10.
