The tuner lock nuts come with a key and the 4 lug kit comes with (16) studs, (16) nuts, and (1) key. These nuts work well with XXR wheels/10/8 hole wheels.

Whats the difference between silver, silver bullet, and black bullet?
Is it just looks and ease of threading the nuts?
And if you know the answer, will your open conical tuner-lock nuts fit an XXR/sportmax wheel? I can do some research in that area though.
