This is very hard for me to do with all the effort and time spent building these. Reason: When I started this build my only plans was 24v swap into my BMW e30 and suspension/wheels.
Now I am shooting to break 550hp and I will never in a million years run adapters and insane HP. THIS ALONE is my only reason to sell them, hurts but go is more important than show to me.
They started out as 16x7 et45 with .5 lips. Bought matching 1.5 and 2" OEM BBS slant lips(VERY hard to find). Zero curbing, rash, cracks, bends etc NO DAMAGE rebuilt.
New specs: 16x8 ET 32.3 and 16x8.5 ET 26 5x112 CB:60.1
Brand new bolts and Harley Davidson 2pc SS valve stems.
GE silicone 2x stretch, crack proof, shrink proof, heat/cold resistant. Red locktight on nuts, trq'd to 23.5lbs. Silicone between lip and barrel, then filled the bead and smoothed out. Layered 6 more times for a carefree seal =)
Powdercoating by: Renewed Finishes
Acid bath to remove paint and base primer, then glass beaded to texture surface for paint sticking. These were never baked at hi temps to remove the OE paint, done the correct way to protect the wheels.
Paint colors:
Lip, face and lug waffle: Kingsport gray with a black base and then cleared for protection.
Inner barrel: Base coat of silver then plum crazy candy coated(translucent coat). Lets the silver pop through and make this amazing candy sparkle.
Bolts: BFI chrome RS bolts.
