Just an FYI for the interested in this: I have the exact same wheel/tire combo which I use exclusively for track days. I'm bummed Falken discontinued these RT-215s because they offered very good handling for little money. $200 for the whole thing is a good price. Someone snatch 'em up. When summer arrives, you won't be disappointed.

For anyone else that wants some VulcanTire still has the 195/60-14 RT-215's for $47/each brand new. Not sure if DiscountTire has any left, but they pricematched Vulcan on 2 sets of Falkens for me.

e30s are too heavy of a car to track with those tires, they get greasy too fast and at too low of a temp. Miatas and 2002s are perfect for tracking with that tire. The 615 is better about that, but $30 or so more per tire.
