They'll fit your 318is.

I thought people used 15mm spacers with these wheels, with that lowered suspension you have no rubbing on full turns or smacking of inner fender well on bumps? I'm going to assume you haven't rolled your fenders.

Also I'm going to sound like a newb here, my bottlecaps have lug nuts, not bolts. Do you use lug nuts or bolts with these wheels?
