those are still centerlock wheels, you cant run regular wheel adapters to convert them, they have to be run with centerlock hubs..
Sorry my friend but your statement above is incorrect, the PDC is 5x108 therefore they can be run on any car fitted with a 5x108 adapter. What makes you think these require the SPLINE adapter to run? They may have been made for a Ferrari but they are still a universal 5x108 PDC wheel center.

What he was suggesting is that the holes in the 5x108 pattern are not lug nut holes. I agree with him, they are barely chamfered much less a tapered or conical lug seat.

Then they can be easily bored open by a machine shop....

Most BBS race wheels used a flathead nut with a sleeve and washer to attach.
